Ryan is the co-founder of Abaco Accounting & Tax Services and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served four years, including a deployment to Iraq. He studied business and accounting at Cal Poly and began his career at RSM as an auditor before moving into corporate accounting and leadership roles.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Ryan combines deep technical expertise with a disciplined, service-driven approach shaped by his time in the Marines. Clients value him for his clarity, reliability, and ability to make complex financial information easy to understand.
BELEM RODRIGUEZ
Partner, CPA
Belem is a co-founder of Abaco Accounting Services. She was born in Mexico City and has lived in the US since she was four years old. Belem obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Focus in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. She has served as an Auditor for RSM US, LLP and as Corporate Accountant during her career.
